Volunteer opportunities

Compass School would be delighted for parents, carers and others in the community to support us on our journey to become an outstanding school.

Studies show that parental involvement in a child’s education is one of the most important factors in raising student self-esteem and academic achievement. Moreover, most experts agree that parental involvement should go beyond attendance at parents’ evenings, open days and fundraising events. At Compass School we want to nurture and strengthen our community, including parents, and we know that you have so much to offer.

Our aim is to offer as many different opportunities as possible for parents to get involved in supporting Compass School.

Please see below the range of volunteer activities that we would like parents and other members of our community to become involved in. If you are interested in any of these, please get in touch with the school.
